Rental Details

Yes! We do rent our Vegas tables out for fund raising events, birthdays, and so on. The tables MAY NOT be used for illegal activity. (no cash gaming). We do serve only the local area of Kyle, Buda, and San Marcos, but may consider out of area events.

We have 8 Black Jack, 2 roulette, 2 craps, and 8 Poker tables.

Our Poker tables can be used for multi-purpose gaming such as
'Casino War', 'Black Jack', and/or '7-card stud'. See below for more details on our rules and costs.

Rules

Quotes are good for 30 days, and can be locked in with a reservation
Tables MAY NOT be used for illegal activity(no cash gaming)
Delivery/Pickup fee is required up front to reserve your tables and is not refundable unless cancelled 30 days prior to event
The balance of the rental amount is due event day
The Knights of Columbus reserve the right to refuse any rental request

Costs

Delivery/Pickup fee: (due in advance to reserve tables)

$50 for less than 5 tables
$100 for less than 10 tables
$150 for less than 15 tables
$200 for less than 20 tables

Table & Accessorie Pricing: (due event day)

$50 per Black Jack table (8 available)
$50 per Poker table (8 available, and may also be used for other games, BJ, War)

$100 per Roulette table (2 available)

$200 per Craps table (2 available)

*$5 per table (Playing cards, dealing shoes, & shufflers)

*$5 (per table) Poker Chips (200 white, 100, green, 50 blue, 25 red, 15 black)

*$10 for Cash Exchange Table - (400 white, 200 green, 100 blue, 50 red, 30 black)

Note: * Provided FREE when our dealers are requested for each table.

Dealer Pricing: (due event day)

$25 per hour per table (2 hour minimum)
